How do the free products work?

On 4th May at (12pm), shop on Cadbury Gifts Direct to get your hands on a free chocolate product from one of our 6 partner chocolate shops.

When can I get my free chocolate bar?

On Tuesday 4th May at 12pm you’ll be able to get your hands on a free chocolate product from one of our six partner chocolate shops from Cadbury Gifts Direct.

Is it free or do I have to pay?

The product is free with a qualifying purchase. Orders are limited to 1 free product per customer and per delivery address. If you place more than one order in the Promotional Period, you will only receive the gift on your first order.

When will it arrive?

It will arrive on the date advised on the Cadbury Gifts Direct dispatch email which will be sent to the email on the billing address.

Why is it free?

As high street chocolate shops have had a tough time, Cadbury decided to help raise awareness and support these small businesses. One way of supporting these chocolate shops was letting people try their products on us.

These six chocolate shops are fantastic examples of independent high street chocolate shops and we are thrilled to be partnering with them.

Why is Cadbury giving out free chocolate products?

Our aim is to raise awareness and support independent high street chocolate shops. As part of the campaign, we will also be running adverts on TV, YouTube and outdoor posters which encourage the nation to support chocolate shops.
