1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Christmas Early Offer Online Promotion (the "Promotion").
2. This offer is only available on orders placed on our website at www.cadburygiftsdirect.co.uk (the “Website”) .
3. You must have a produ t from the following categoreis in your basket to qualify.  Christmas Hampers, Advent Calendars or Christmas Chocolate
4. To be eligible for the offer the user must create an account on Cadbury Gifts Direct or be logged into their own user account. To create your own Cadbury Gifts Direct account you can register on https://www.cadburygiftsdirect.co.uk/customer/account/create/.
5. The discount code will only be applied at the checkout when you are logged into your personal user account.
6. Only one offer redemption per customer logged into their personal Cadbury Gifts Direct account.
7. Unique code valid for one-time use only.
8. Chocolate basket total must reach a spend threshold for the offer to apply. Over and above basket value of over £30.
9. Enter unique offer code at online checkout when you are logged into your personal user account. The code must be entered at point of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
10. Exclusions apply including non Christmas products, personalised chocolate, sale items, eGift Cards, subscriptions and special offers.
11. Offer only applies to Christmas products and Advent calendars on the chocolate basket value and excludes all other products and delivery and can only able to be redeemed online www.cadburygiftsdirect.co.uk (the “Website”)
12. The discount is for personal use only and cannot be used for corporate, bulk and offline orders. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the order if the code has not been used for personal use.
13. This Promotion runs from 1st November 2022 and ends at midnight 3nd Novemeber 2022 ("Promotional Period"). This Promotion is available, subject to availability and while stocks last, through the Cadbury Gifts Direct Website only. This Promotion is not valid in any store or for delivery in the Republic of Ireland or elsewhere outside of the UK.
14. Participants that visit the Website within the Promotional Period will be given the opportunity to add promotional code at the checkout. The code will only apply when the user is logged into their personal user account.
15. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other online or in store offer, promotion or voucher unless stated.

Jurisdiction

1. This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by English law and, subject to any right you may have as a consumer to select jurisdiction, any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
