The taste of nature has been the inspiration behind our chocolate since 1991. The search for abundant flavour led us to the highest quality soil, of which is organic soil. Bursting with nutrients, this soil births unmatched complexity and deep, rich flavour.


WE AIM TO USE THE FINEST
ORGANIC AND FAIRTRADE INGREDIENTS
Our farming and harvesting follows nature’s way to give our ingredients exactly what they need for the highest quality taste. We use vanilla pods, gently dried in the Madagascan sun for an unadulterated flavour. Flaked sea salt, harvested by hand from the coasts of Anglesey to cut through the richness and creaminess of the chocolate. Roasted almonds and hazelnuts to bring deep, savoury flavours and a satisfying crunch.
