Corporations are able to customise sleeves with their own personal branding and design, as well as employee names and personal messages. To personalise a gift visit our personalised Cadbury product page.

If you would like you're own branding on the whole of the sleeve we can send you a PDF template or get our design team to create an appropriate sleeve for your requirements. There is a slight price increase for personalised products, as can be seen on the personalised product page. Customers can alternatively add a gift message to orders for free.

Whilst your personalised samples unfortunately cannot be provided ahead of orders, you are able to review the front and back of chocolate bars and edit them so you are confident they will look how you want them to look.

Yes, you can choose a gift bag or your own gift box. You can create your own hamper or chocolate box in  our bespoke hamper service. It's your choice if you want to add  a Cadbury bag, Cadbury gift box or wicker hamper basket with our full range of Cadbury chocolate products.

Our gift bundles are  delivered in Cadbury branded boxes and hampers. The type of gfiting packaging is clearly shown in images on the product page along with the size and dimensions of the gift box. 

Our standard delivery time for UK orders is 3-4 working days. If the order basket value is above £300 we will contact you directly on the details you have provided and arrange delivery by pallett by our haulier. Orders above £300 will not be delivered on a next day service. We can offer next day deliver for orders placed before 4pm on Monday to Thursday on order values below £300.

Yes. We offer discounts between 2.5% and 15% for your order, depending on the amount spent. For more information click visit our corporate gift homepage.

Once placing your order online, you can send items to up to 20 different addresses, all within one order. If you need to send your gifts to more than 20 addresses, please contact us at 0371 664 2373, info@cadburygiftsdirect.co.uk or fill out our multiple order form.

If there is an issue with your order we would aim to work with you to find a solution. We are unable to accept returns on seasonal,  bespoke and personalised gifts which have been created specifically for your business. 

If you have chosen from our standard chocolate gft range our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

There is no maxium quanitity but it will depened on availaiblity of stock.

If you place an order above a basket value of £300 we will contact you to discuss your order requirements. Your order will also be subject to credit checks.

In some cases we may be unable to fulfill large quanities online but will contact you on information provided to discuss your requirements in more detail. Your order will also be subject to usual business and credit checks.

Yes! All of our Cadbury Gifts gift boxes are recyclable and are made from recycled card. You can also choose a Cadbury Gift bag which can be resued instead of a Cadbury Box.

Yes on a basket value of under £120.

We are unable to ship international orders on basket value above £120 . You will be unable to proceed at the checkout and place the order if you have correctly selected the international delivery address.

In some instances the incorrect postcode is entered in the field to avoid the order  being blocked. In these instances we will contact you directly on the details provided and notify you of the order cancellation and refund your order.

Please note we are unable to ship gifts with alcohol to internatonal delivery addresses.
