I ordered a bespoke hamper gift to be sent directly to the recipients and clicked checkout and paid. The price was not clearly displayed until after it was processed. It was only at this time I was made aware that due to some glitch in the website I had paid for 2 of these hampers to be sent.
I emailed STRAIGHT away and recieved no contact from the team until after the hamper was dispatched. Where they said to send the extra hamper back. Unfortunately I felt this wasn’t acceptable as it would ruin the whole premise of a gift.
The customer service representative emailed back to say they could recall the whole delivery from the delivery company (I could then reorder), but despite emailing back straight away again they didn’t respond until after the package had been delivered.
Despite this catalogue of poor customer service and glitches I was told there was nothing else that could be done.
Not acceptable at all, I have now paid over £100 for a hamper that should have cost £50. Very unhappy.
I would not recommend these hampers to anyone given my poor customer experience, and will be actively discouraging others from using it due to the fact resolutions were offered and not acted upon.29-Aug-2018 Product:
